Some options might not have to be autoloaded #158

Preliminary tests show that there is a room for improvement, but not as big as I would expect.

Anyway, as there is no official way to disable autoload when using Settings API, I'm putting this optimization on hold for now. When https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/61522 is resolved, it might be worth to revisit it.
