Provide some sort of artificial target to force units to fire on a given location.

I was just about to write a suggestion of my own, when I saw this issue already logged.

So, just to make sure this is what I think it to be: You want to create an intangible/invisible object, that "invites" all AI, that have line of sight on it to fire at that target?

However you do implement it, make sure that Zeus has a way to determine which units provide suppressive fire this way. It's important because this only becomes useful, if you can actually work with a stationary suppressive element (e.g. an automatic rifle team) and a mobile element (doesn't fire, as to not give away its position/angle of approach). Adiitionally many of the standard loadouts don't carry enough ammo for sustained fire, so being able to conserve ammo is crucial.

That brings me to a possible extension of this module, which I'm not so sure about when it comes to feasability: A setting for the approx. rounds per minute that is used. This does not have to be a setting accessable by Zeus directly (even though that might be nice). What I'm concerned about here is, that even an AR will burn through his ammo very quickly when he uses the AI's standard 15 to 20 round bursts. Thus "normal" suppression fire should have a lot lower frequency than targeted fire.
