Expected Result: Zeus should be able to disable/destroy individual components of vehicles, allowing for more dynamic gameplay scenarios.

Basic implementation in f30679b522a5587a059aa48d7af5c7a10dfd16d4

This will be configurable in the future so that it isn't statically set to the unit's engine component.
