Updated home screen #184

This pull request updates the home page and makes it a bit fancier. There is some optional text under the developer links, which I left as "lorem ipsum" for the time being - perhaps you can come up with something nice there? I've also added a default picture for @chessmasterhong, and set up the links accordingly.
