database: custom_field table #17

A table that relates a custom text value with a workspace to act as a title for a custom field e.g Supporting, Employee ID, etc...

then you'd have to handle appending or relating the value to each contact in each organization

We should discuss the design for this. Rather than creating arbitrary tables, we should make use of JSONB.
