Obtaining AES key #25

I just purchased 2 Kamstrup Multical 21 water meters (1x hot, 1x cold). I was expecting a little document (or something) in the package, that would contain the AES key. However, I don't see any mention of an encryption key and/or any code.

Maybe my Danish isn't good enough, but I'm at a bit of a loss here.

I see other people contacting their water providers for the key, however, our water provider still installs dumb water meters (in fact, I still have their dumb water meter installed and I'm not going to replace it), the water meters I bought are for monitoring a heat pump boiler.

Can anyone clarify their way of obtaining the AES key? Do I send an e-mail to the supplier of the water meters? Or to Kamstrup? Or is there another way?

You need to make an account on "https://apps.kamstrup.com/" Kamstrup will need to see reciepts for the watermeters. To be sure, you are the owner. In order to give you the codes. The codes will be stored under your account on https://apps.kamstrup.com/

If you cant figure it out on myKamstrup. Then try to write kamstrup.
