Memory leak (ssl_mutexes) #118

In version 2.8 I got a memory leak reported by valgrind.

In set_ssl_option the line:

if ((ssl_mutexes = (pthread_mutex_t *) malloc(size)) == NULL) {

allocates memory which did not seem to be released anywhere.

btw I just added a op_free(ssl_mutexes); in mg_stop() to get rid of it.
