Exit Mongoose via Ctrl C #174

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. downloaded source code version 2.9 and compiled it with mingw
2. start the executable
3. try to stop it with CTRL C

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
What I see: "Exiting on Signal 2, waiting for all threads to finish..." and 
waiting forever
What I expect: that someday all threads are closed

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Win XP, Mingw 4.5.6, Mongoose 2.9

Please provide any additional information below.
I think the problem is missing mg_fini() function.

This is fixed in 2.10 - the problem was incorrect pthread_cond_broadcast() 
implementation.
