Patch: tray icon context menu behaviour on windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Right click tray icon to open context menu
2. Click outside of context menu

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Context menu shuld disappear, but it stays and there is no way to close it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
hg rev 102:d413a548cf17

Please provide any additional information below.
