Yesterday running Mongoose from a folder, on the Desktop, I could bind to 80,
no problem. Today, after restarting computer, and moving folder to C:\Test, I
get this error... Protections are not Read Only for the folder or subfolders.

Something else is running on this port.
Make sure no other mongoose processes are running (use task manager),
and make sure mongoose service (if installed) is not running (use My computer
-> manage -> services)

1 - try to run window installer mongoose-3.0.exx on Window 7
2 - Get a popup window saying:
"Failed to start Mongoose. Maybe some options are assigned bad values".
The log file says:
"[1310252275] [error] [client 0.0.0.0] line 3359: cannot bind to 8080: No error"
So what is the problem and how can I fixe it?
