Need _mongoose.dll for x64 #87

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Tried to compile example.cs mongoose.cs, but the example.exe won't run 
since the _mongoose.dll format may be not correct (got it from the 
installer one). Unable to use nmake to compile the source.

You have to build your own, unfortunately I can't support all possible options.
