Can no longer resize text with mouse scroll #92

I'm using the latest version of the theme. I turned off all plugins, but I still can't resize text. Then, I switched to the default theme, and text resizing using the mouse worked just fine. I suspect the problem is with the yin yang theme

I'm also having the same problem just with the Yin and Yang theme.
