why did the version 1.1.2 not has the function of controlling to bottom? #57

With the new 1.1.0 update, you can control to bottom value of cMenu,

My question is as the title.

Any update on this? How do you choose the location of the tool bar? It's not in settings. In fact, the tool bar is right in the middle of the screen and Obsidian is unuseable as a result!
