[Feature]: Multiple servers

Would be very useful to be able to create multiple settings for different servers and the select which one to connect to from the menu.

Bumping this, but with a slight twist.

Option 1:

• Prompt for proxy to use (as the original request mentioned).

Option 2:

• Choose closest (based on initial ping or some other method).

I suspect many of Sidestep's users are travelers. Having a choice, or automatic determination based on proximity would be extremely helpful.
