Addition of an api as swiggy is having issues on daily basis. #58

Swiggy is config driven and deploying app using it's endpoint in prod would eventually make app crashes and as well as response issues & people are facing this on daily basis.

So,above I have mentioned one restful multipurpose api that can help to serve restros without any response as well as cors issue. It'll be better if people use it.
