Fixed Footer at the bottom of the page and BrowserList Update

Changes Made:

Whenever I search a restaurant on your app the footer are coming middle of the page
Fixed Footer: Added CSS to ensure the footer stays at the bottom of the page, even when searching for a restaurant.
BrowserList Update: Updated BrowserList to the latest version to eliminate warnings from the older version.
