I got my second GPU and just started using the overlay version. Where can I turn off some of the overlay features?

I want to turn off bone and item ESP if possible. How do I turn them off?

Can I turn them off from the settings.toml file in my build directory? Oh, I can turn them off from there, but it seems I can't turn off item ESP.
