Add "content_type application/json" to support ES 6.0

Currently this build cannot be used for ES 6.0 since ES does not assume content-type anymore.

i just downgraded ES to 5.5 on aws and this works well. Finally!

yes this doesnot support 6.2 version or 6.0.
