We should try to create as many tickets as possible inside GitHub Issue as the plan is to migrate there.
We will use Trac only for chevah/server

Our guinea pig is Brink; find a solution here first. If it works, we may propagate it where needed.
We should just tag a commit as a version like
17.4.0+chevah.4, and a new package is released for it on our Pip index.
