Update docs about work and life #14

I wanted to udate the info about how much time and effort to spend on the project.

What I wanted to update is the fact that is ok to not answer to emails sent over the weekend and in the same time, if someone needs/want to work over the weekend is ok for them to send emails/do reviews..etc.

Also I wanted to stress that is ok to work part time and there is no push to work a standard amount of time.

Please take a look and suggest changes.

One question about the Skype support number/chat account.

When i take a break should I:

a) sign out b) leave it connected but enable a phone redirect

No one called yet, apart from a lady looking for a friend but I would like to know what steps I need to take in order to redirect it to another phone number as I see it's listed on the support website page.

One question about the Skype support number/chat account.

For now we don't use your Skype number for incoming phone... so only log in on skype when you want to make a phone call... or video call.

Otherwise, I think that we will use IRC as the official instant chat tool.
