Scope

Fixes #83 Update CSS styleguide.

Why we got into this (5 whys)

Old style guide.

Changes

Add new links for CSS. Add BEM notation info for class naming. Add new section for Tailwind CSS. Compress rules for CSS, remove Bad examples as they were too many. Keep 1 Good example. Added new rules for test- and js- class prefixes to be used accordingly. No styles associated with those classes.

How to try and test the changes
