where could i found the password for params "MYSQL_ROOT_PASSWORD" and "MYSQL_PASSWORD" #50

where could i found the password for params "MYSQL_ROOT_PASSWORD" and "MYSQL_PASSWORD" i checked the instruction doc, but found nothing.

also i found "CHEVERETO_DB_PASS=user_database_password" in the Dockerfile of repo. but when i wanna backup the database, i can't found the password
