Program does not allow adding more appointments than one #8

It is very common for patients to have multiple appointments scheduled at a clinic, particularly older patients with chronic problems.

They may also have such appointments with different doctors at a clinic. Hence, it is difficult to justify that only one appointment would suffice.

Therefore, not allowing the addition of multiple appointments does not accurately reflect the possible user stories of a clinic assistant.

Team's Response

Thank you for your feedback.

Our team agree that it is likely for patients to have more than one appointment in the moment. However, in the context of our target audience, front desk healthcare staff in small clinics, it is more often the case that patients will have only one appointment, and after the said appointment, follow up appointments depending on the doctor's advice can be made. Of course, that does not hinder the fact that a patient can have weekly appointments at a time, but this is a feature we decided to not implement in v1.4.

We have also decided to move the severity to Low since in small clinics, it is unlikely for patients to be consistently visiting said clinic.
