Reason for disagreement: I believe that there could still have been a better choice of prefix as the letter c has nothing to do with phone number and it isnt intuitive, however, since this is considered a small enhancement, that was why I declared it as severity very low.
Description: There could have been better explanation of the prefixes and place it before they are introduced in the Handling ClientCare error messages section. It was a bit confusing and non-intuitive for a phone number to have a prefix starting with "c/". It was only mentioned right after this section under adding a client.
