Interactive Action of mouse movement on chart #274

I wonder if there is reasonable to add an interactive action of mouse movement on the chart of GCViewer, so it will display the gc event time, heap size, and other information of GC.

Do you plan to implement it or is it a feature request? I think it sounds very useful.
