pop up window when adding is failed #221

user can't notice that his adding is failed obviously unless he check the bottom of the data.

we can have a pop up window when the adding is failed. or, we can select the new data (i mean, now you can remove it by the buttons above) after user add it.

When the operation is failed, the message will be shown on the status area, which is between action buttons and phrase list.
