RTL8822CS SDIO WiFi/BT support #10

Support for the RTL8822CS SDIO chip has been merged so we can add WiFi/BT support to the following:

IIRC @xdarklight has the gbit variant, and @warpme has the 10/100 variant of the X96-air boxes for testing.

The BPI-M5 / M2S mezzanine WiFi works well with the driver merged for Linux 6.2, but unable to get BT working.

BT works with the right rtl822cs_config.bin file (not the ones upstream). Issue raised on the mailing-list:

This series resolves 1500000 baud UART speed on G12A/B and SM1 boards allowing the BT module to work with current upstream config which sets speed and flow-control details:
