Re-structure context/narrative to new ToC #67

Here's what the "context/narrative" document would look like with the ToC I suggested in https://github.com/chexxor/purescript-documentation-discussion/pull/50/files#r277147304

I'll think further on this topic and update this PR with my thoughts later.

I'll not merge this one because other edits to the document resolved my concerns, I think. But before closing it I want to pull out a few small edits I think I included in this PR.
