As we’ve moved online for both meeting for worship and forum, M&W initiated a weekly multi-committee Zoom work group. Week by week, we’ve been chipping away at introducing Zoom use to CHFM elders and committees. Buzz, one of the committee members, used his past experience as a technical writer to simplify and troubleshoot the use of Zoom. He created two webpages that are attached to the hospitality committee site. However, unless one has seen those links in the e-news or “in the light“, they are not easily accessible. I spent about five minutes today scrolling back through all my emails to find one of them.
The ad hoc committee discussed the possibility of listing these two links on the homepage, making for easy accessibility. This, we assume, would be a temporary measure until we are once again open. I’m attaching a homepage screenshot highlighting a possible up-front placement for those links. What say you?
