Although my query might not be directly related to this specific tool, I hope you could provide some guidance. My experience in phage analysis is somewhat limited. At present, PHASTER is the go-to tool for phage prediction, yet its web version doesn't seem to handle large-scale operations very well. Could you shed some light on how you typically handle batch phage predictions?
