revamp résumé for print #26

Revamp the print CSS version of the resume. Shouldn't have to use JS to re-order the elements. Should be able to do this with pure CSS and @media print {}.

On screen

The order should be (as of 2014-08-01):

  1. objective
  2. teaching experience
  3. work experience
  4. tech skills
  5. education
  6. prof dev
  7. awards

    On print

Page 1:

  1. objective
  2. tech skills, in two-column format
  3. education

Page 2-3:

  1. teaching experience
  2. work experience
