- right after a preposition (to, for, with, over, by, etc.)
- after a small word (2- or 3-letter words)
- in the middle of a highlighted phrase 3 words or fewer (em, strong, etc.)
[ ] 2014-06-08 section on The Comma
[x] 2014-06-08 section on The Ellipsis
[x] 2014-06-08 section on The Semicolon
[x] 2014-06-08 remove table at bottom

only section left to complete is on "The Comma". Leaving issue open but removing it from milestones; priority is reduced to wontfix.
