Use Jekyll (or Jade) templates to automate HTML, mastheads, breadcrumbs, banners, etc.

Underscore.js apparently has templates?

Things to automate:

[x] prepend \( or \[ and append \) or \] to math stuff
[ ] includes (jQuery, MathJax, and global JS)
[ ] masthead ( #40 )
[ ] breadcrumbs ( #47 )
[x] Latin abbreviations "e.g., i.e., etc."
