MSDK #3

I noticed this project has a lot of overlap with our MSDK project (https://github.com/msdk/msdk). How about joining efforts and collaborating on a single project? FYI, MSDK already has working Thermo and Waters native format reader (on Windows). I like your mzML parser (MSDK relies on jmzml, which is not great).
