Tell user we didn't do all the queries because there were too many #1

Back end will stop after performing 8 queries that returned any rows. Back end does send a flag back in the json to tell the front end that this happened, but the UI doesn't do anything to inform the user. They should be told to choose fewer groups and/or contact us.

Now the UI has a banner message when this happens. Maybe needs just a bit of CSS/HTML tweaking of the positioning of this message.
