After Yuri has given an opinion,

Front-end (if it's just html, css, and browser-side javascript) can be hosted from BlueHost, which is where arnaoutlab.org is stuck for now. Back end need to be run on a better host (such as Digital Ocean) unless re-written in php (blech). However why is any deployment on DO blocked on-campus? Because of the lack of a real domain name?

If we go to another domain name we can host the whole thing somewhere real, such as on Digital Ocean. Ramy will think of a domain name that's available and good for public consumption.

Also, the download should be an Excel file (rather than csv) so that there can be a second, informational tab (being worked on currently).
