Usually "sensitivity" means with reference to disease state (present at all vs. absent) and it's confusing to users that we repurpose the terms sensitivity and specificity here to classification by contageousness. They may want to know what is the sensitivity in the usual sense of the word-- sensitivity in detecting disease state. This can be calculated in the current UI by dragging the Infectivity Threshold down to 0, but it's not obvious. We could give the user a pull-down to let them choose what the target classification is.
