[BUG] {{FIELD:tags}} doesn't suggest some tags

Describe the bug I got a list of tags, some of them being: ai/technology and cook/hoven. Only the first on appear when creating a quickadd with a template. It lmay be because I only see the first tags, but in this case it's not clear in the gui

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• create a file with a tag: ai/technology
• create a file with a tag: cook/hoven
• create a new file from a template like this:

---
date: "{{date}}"
subject: "{{name}}"
type: {{FIELD:type}}
tags: {{FIELD:tags}}
---

the tags should not suggest cook/...

Expected behavior Have a full list of all tags
