gfa unitig vs gfa contig #303

Hello! I see, that two nodes in unitigs graph (gfa) are not linked by an edge. At the same time this nodes are merged togehter in the primary assembly...Why there is such inconsistency between unitig graph and contig graph?

There are multiple postprocessing steps that could merge isolated nodes after graph construction. In most cases the results should be fine.
