Hello, thank you very much for your development of hifiasm this software, HiFi sequencing after assembly to provide convenience and fast. However, I had an idea when assembling hifi data today and used different input files with the same parameters, one for fa.gz and the other for fq.gz. They were all obtained from the same sequencing bam file. But the assembled results are quite different. So I'm trying to figure out what's in the middle and which one is better for the back assembly. Thank you very much and look forward to hearing from you!

It should be the exactly the same as hifiasm currently does not take the base quality.
