problem of assembly #526

Hi, The previous reports on the plant we study on suggested it was diploid, but our own assembly results indicate that it may be a homologous tetraploid. The results are attached. Based on these findings, can we confirm that it is indeed a homologous tetraploid? If so, should we reassemble it using hifiasm? Do we need to adjust any parameters? if it is possible, could you please give us some suggestions on chromosome attachment?

It looks like a tetraploid genome. It might be better to run purge_dups for the primary assembly of hifiasm.
