output files empty #595

Hey! Just ran HiFiAsm on my yeast data, and things got weird. Got nothin' but empty files back, except for those .bin files. Attached the .log file in case it sheds any light. Any idea what's going on? Thanks. G02-10.asm.log

Can you rerun hifiasm with bin files? Since bin files have already been produced, rerun hifiasm should be pretty fast.

I just ran it with a bin file, but the assembly is still empty.

I have three .bin files:G02-10.asm.ec.bin (size: 503654 kb), G02-10.asm.ovlp.reverse.bin (2190 kb), and G02-10.asm.ovlp.source.bin (2292 kb).

@kathbarros Hello, I also encountered the same problem, have you solved it?

For me I have only r_utgs is it because we didnt use --primary?
