May I ask whether the .ul.ovlp.bin file and .re.ul.ovlp.bin record the ul data Ultra-long-to-HiFi read alignments process and Ultra-long-to-HiFi graph respectively alignments process. What command can I use to convert it to a paf file？

Yes. But currently they cannot be converted to PAF files, we may consider doing that later.
