Potential Translocation Assembly #676

Hi,

I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude for developing the Hisfisam software. I am writing to seek your guidance regarding an issue we have encountered. Is it possible that Hisfisam could assemble a translocation due to an error? In our final assembly results, we observed a 7 Mb translocation, and the translocation site appears to be within a single continuous contig rather than between two contigs.
