Immigrants to the US are eligible for a variety of federal and state public benefits in the state of Illinois, depending on their immigration status. The goal of this project is to help immigrants find out what public benefits their eligible for. Two models for this are mRelief and immi. We don't want to duplicate anything they're doing (because they will certainly do it better) so our goal is to fill in the gaps. However, a recent executive order made collecting public benefits grounds for deportation, so this project is on hold
