Yes, but likely I'm not adding tModLoader 1.4 here:

This project is not quite maintained
tModLoader 1.4 mods are hosted as Steam Workshop (UGC) and requires a Steam SDK (native library) which I don't want

You can visit the official Steam Workshop.

If you are looking for Localizer for 1.4, it's WIP ~~takes forever~~
