Voice changer #541

I am developing an iPhone application using PJSIP. I want to change voice 
frequency so when iPhone user call to any other user, that user will hear voice 
of iphone user but in different frequency like audio  heard will be higher than 
normal or very slower.

I have tried with "pjmedia_wsola_create" but did not get desired output. If 
anybody have ref. to achieve this then please let me know.
