2015-10-26:

bluesky scan syntax has been slightly changed on http://nsls-ii.github.io/bluesky/scans.html and changes is applied to Dan's sandbox as well while it hasn't been applied to xpd computer. This change could take place in near future. Need to have an eye on it. old: bluesky.scans.Count( ) new: Count()

in order to record correct temperature steps, metadata has to be configurable with respect to each scan but metadata is linked to global run engine, not to scan level. Need clarification from software team.

databroker is broken now...can't search on data earlier than 2015-10-24

temperature scan doesn't record exact temperature from cs700, not even data points.

if you do a temp scan from 290K to 300K for 4 points. In header.start.scan_args, we only have start=290, stop=300, num=4, not precise temperature points.

ps: above result is from a temperature scan we did a month ago. It could be solved. I will test it tomorrow.

@sbillinge temperature series issue is solved, but it is hard coded as a string...
