Unknown issue for close/open shutter remotely

When doing experiment remotely, can't be 100% sure shutter is open after typing corresponding commands.

Shutter remained closed when executing functions from module but suddenly open after run a scan in ipython console. Reason is still unclear.

Closed. Shutter was mechanically broken at that time
