Issue to SrExplanar config #9

SrXplanar only takes default values in 'average mask', 'dynamic mask' and other fields. Changing threshold values to these options doesn't change config file and other calibration behavior

update SrXplanar to write these values to the config file. Update xpdAcquireFuncs to put these values into metadata store.
